Basically the Tribune is reporting the Penn Hills Council hired a new municipal manager last summer. And there's a requirement that the Manager live in Penn Hills. The new guy they hired is having a problem selling his current home in order to more here. That is why I was a bit disappointed at the strategic planning meeting on Wednesday. They asked folks to vote on the most important things for the community and most folks said code enforcement of grass cutting and garbage clean up. Many of these folks were in their 60's-70's.
