I read the article, what is the hold up with this company building?
I do believe we need the business as a community , so what else is wrong?
Are they offering jobs to the community, landscapers, office workers etc.
Will this be a positive step towards a bright Penn Hills community?
Can this help out with the school tax increases we just had for the past 2 years?
I'd love

to see companies moving into Penn Hills and their families buying our houses than to lose this and continue to see houses up for sale and than my taxes raised again.
Are they a bad company? Doesn't sound that way from the article.
Hopefully, everyone can solve the problems that are currently stopping this company from making a better Penn Hills community... instead of leaving and another community reaking the rewards.
I think we all need to do what 's best for our towns future
or
we'll be the next ghost town in the history books of the future.
Let's get businesses to come in to our community. Becasue, we have made the right choices, for the better of all , in this tough corporate worlds of today.
We need to move forward---Can we do this with this company?
