The business manager will recomend that the A J Meyers company be approved as the transportation service for the district .

A special public voting meeting to approve the Proposed 2011-2012 Final Budget and PlanCon Part I has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., in the Board Room of Linton Middle School, 260 Aster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.

Liberto has proposed eight separate budget plans, seven of which include outsourcing transportation. I'm thinking that the drivers will learn their fate at this meeting.

Special Public Voting Meeting - May 12th

A special public voting meeting of the Penn Hills School Board has been scheduled for Thursday, May 12th at 7 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and possibly take formal action on a resolution to contract out school busing services to a private busing firm.
