Talked to the braddock branch of PUFF"S discount on thursday, the 19th
they are crediting your bank with the amounts that was charged and if you did not get the credit you can call 412-351-8393 and talk to Steve,Tim or Stephanie and they will get things fixed for anyone who need help correcting the issues.
The problems with their computor systems are fixed and ther should be no future problems. They were very helpful when I call about my charged that showed up on my statement-2out of the 5 charged were credited and the rest are being credited thru my bank.
Just wanted others to know the number where you can call for help with this matter.
I guess checking those statements each month is a good thing.
