PENN HILLS, Pa. -- An apartment in Penn Hills was ransacked by home invaders in broad daylight Thursday morning, police said.

Three men -- one of them with a handgun -- stormed into a Stotler Road residence around 10 a.m., while a woman and her 4-year-old child were inside, Penn Hills police Chief Howard Burton said.

"The police Chief says it doesn't appear the 3 men are a threat to this community right now"??? Did anyone else notice that last night? Also, no description of who they are looking for???? Huh?
